Connected systems.
Clearer performance
We coordinate building systems from engineering assessment through installation, testing and handover—with clear roles at every interface.

01Systems within the scope
From infrastructure to intelligent control
Connected disciplines coordinated around project needs, site conditions and the agreed scope.

Water treatment
Wastewater treatment, greywater and reuse, membrane systems and disinfection.

Fire protection
Fire pumps, sprinklers, hydrants and hose systems, and extinguishers.

Plumbing & pumping
Water supply, drainage and irrigation networks, with booster sets.

Electrical, security & smart systems
Cables and panels, surveillance, communications and smart-home systems.

Instrumentation & control
Automation, measurement and industrial equipment.

Industrial supply
Valves, pipes, fittings and engineering materials.
02A clear coordination model
Connected responsibilities. Distinct roles
Delivery coordination
Mizan coordinates the client, site preparation, civil works, installation and handover.
Equipment & manufacturer coordination
ATLAS ITS is the equipment-supply, manufacturer-coordination and technical-support partner for MEP systems.
The scope and responsibilities for each stage are agreed with the client to suit the project.
03A sequence for delivery
Five stages. Interfaces in view
The scope and responsibility of each stage remain subject to the project and client agreement.
- 01
Assessment & engineering
Understand requirements, site conditions and system interfaces; define the engineering approach.
- 02
Procurement & logistics
Coordinate delivery planning with ATLAS ITS, which handles equipment supply and manufacturer coordination.
- 03
Civil works & installation
Prepare and coordinate site interfaces, civil works and system installation.
- 04
Testing & commissioning
Coordinate checks and commissioning activities for installed systems.
- 05
Training & maintenance support
Coordinate equipment training and technical support with ATLAS ITS within the agreed project scope.
